A number of managers and members of cultural and charitable institutes in the holy city of Karbala as well as Darul Quran Al-Hakim institute, a Quranic establishment, and some top Quranic figures from different cities of Iraq met with Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in the holy city of Qom and listened to his guidelines.
