Refund requests
Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, duplicated, or unauthorized, contact [email protected] within 30 days so we can review the circumstances.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe or PayPal and the donor’s bank or payment-account provider.
Payment disputes
Please contact us promptly before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate and try to resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy restricts rights that cannot legally be waived.
