Members of Shia Societies Association visited the Cultural and Charitable Foundation of Darul Quran Hakim in holy Karbala and met with its directors and officials. In these meetings, both sides emphasized on expanding cultural and charity works. The Quran Hakim Charitable and Cultural Foundation is run by Haji Mostafa Sarraf, the Quran and Adhan reciter of Imam Husayn holy shrine. This foundation is affiliated to the Office of the Grand Ayatollah Shirazi.
