In cooperation with the Council of Representatives of Iraq, the strategic study center of Al-Mustaqbal, held a conference to address the future relations of the Iraqi central government and the regional councils in the areas liberated from ISIS grasps. This conference which was held in the holy city of Karbala enjoyed the presence of some members of the Iraqi parliament, presidents of universities and directors of several research centers. Mr. Adnan Al-Salehi, the director of Al-Mustaqbal Center started the conference by laying out the topic of the discussion and then, the experts expressed their opinions on the topic.
