Marjaeyat Horizon - Al-Mustaqbal Center Urges Law Reforms in Iraq’s District Councils

Limited resources, the drop in oil prices and the ongoing fight against ISIS are the threats that have forced Iraq to vouch for a Law Reform Act in the country’s district councils. Therefore, the strategic study center of Al-Mustaqbal, affiliated to the office of the Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Iraq, has organized a conference in Annaba Conference Hall to discuss this Law Reform Act. This conference was enjoying the attendance of distinguished social and legal experts and academics in holy Karbala.
