On Saturday morning, December 17, 2016, coinciding with the birth anniversaries of the holy Prophet of Islam and the six Shia infallible leader, Imam Sadiq, peace be upon them both, a cultural office of the Grand Ayatollah Shirazi held a closing ceremony to mark the end of its activities. This ceremony was attended by several members of the Grand Ayatollah Shirazi Office in holy Karbala, representatives of the Grand Jurist, teachers and students at the Islamic seminary of holy Karbala, and the public groups of people and the pilgrims of Imam Husayn, peace be upon him. This cultural Office started its activities on Thursday, December 15, 2016, and it hosted several meetings and conferences between religious and social experts about the latest issues of the Muslim world for three continuous days.
